Working with Service Dates for All Customers

You have the ability to add, modify and work with Service Dates on the Customer Screen as well as the Route Technician screen. Work Orders can also automatically update the Service Dates as completed.
This section will describe how to view and work with Service Dates over all of your customers.
From the Home Watch Admin / Work Order List screen, select Service Date Report in the upper right.
Using the toggle at the top, you'll be able to view All Service Dates or only a single Service Date at a time.
For example, to see all customers and the last date their water heater was flushed, select the Water Heater service date from the dropdown:
You can edit any of the dates, delete a customer line, or add an additional customer line on this screen, making it very easy to make multiple edits in a single place. You can sort by date by clicking the date column, or add various date range filters, etc. using the grid functions that are built in.
If you wish to see all of your service dates, irrespective of what type, flip the toggle on to All Services:
If you need to edit or add additional date descriptions, you can easily do that using the link in the upper right corner of the screen
