Emailing Customers

You can easily email one or more customers at the same time using the Email Customers button on the bottom of the Customer List screen.

Once pushed, it will bring up the Email Customer section of the screen. Here you can select an Email Template if you wish, or, if it is a simple quick email just type in the subject the content of the email. For example, if you want to advise your customers of an approaching storm and what you will be doing, just type that information into the sections listed. (You can also use variables in this section to automatically change information, such as Customer.FirstName to put the client’s first name on the salutation line.)

If you want to attach any documents you can do so here. Any and all customers that you have selected by clicking the checkboxes in the list above, will receive the email once you hit send.

Note that you can exclude customers that are In Residence, and also have the option to send to the Reporting Email if you wish.  If you select Reporting Email, the system will send the email to the Reporting Email addresses -- if the Reporting Email field is blank for a particular customer, the system will revert to the regular email for that customer.

Each customer is sent a separate email – allowing you to personalize them as necessary. Multiple clients are not CC’ed on the email. If you have 100 clients, you will be sending 100 emails.
