What is the Estate Management App?

The Estate Management App works as an overlay over the existing HWIT applications to provide extra functionality often required by home watch companies who perform "Estate Management" types of functions. These functions can include: additional information about each property, subscription billing, tracking budget and profitability, managing client requests, etc.
Since this application is an overlay, most of your day to day functions will still be performed in the regular HWIT applications, but use the Estate Management app to turn on/off additional functionality as you need it.
When entering a customer's screen in the Estate Management App, you will see basic information about the property, and have a list of functions you can perform on the property.
Billing Setup will allow you to enter in the special subscription billing information for the client. This is covered in detail in another video.
Budget and Profitability allow you to set up budgetary numbers (if necessary), and view the expenses you incurred to determine how profitable the client is with regard to your subscription rates.
Estate Information allows you to enter as many new pieces of information as necessary for the property. There is virtually no limit to how many different data points you can enter regarding a property. You can enter in a Description, and the related information about an item. If necessary you can enter a sequence number to cause certain values to appear higher on the list when viewing them.
