Allowing Customers to access the Customer Portal

By default, the primary contact for any customer is given access to the customer portal automatically.


If you want for other Contacts (such as spouse, partner, etc) to be able to access the customer portal you need to explicitly give them access by checking the access checkbox in the Contacts Section of the Customer Screen, such as shown in this screenshot.
