Full Text Search on Work Orders

You can search all Work Orders for specific terms. For example, you know that there was a Work Order for repairing the faucet at the Brower property, but you cannot remember when it was. The Full Text Search capability will search all Work Orders, including all of the Work Order Billing Lines, looking for a particular search term you have entered.
To get to the Full Text Searc, click the link in the upper right corner of the Work Order List screen.
Next, enter the dates, customer, and search term you wish to look for. You can leave anything blank except for the search term and the system will then search All of the dates or customers.
